Partnership

We invite organizations and companies to become a partner of Photonics Prague 2025, an international conference focused on advancing research and innovation in photonics. This event provides an excellent platform to present your latest technologies, products, and solutions to a distinguished audience of researchers, industry professionals, and decision-makers from around the world.

We are offering a variety of ways for you to present yourself to the attendees:

•  EXHIBITION table suitable for exhibition of your products, books, etc. Tables will be situated in a hall in front of the conference rooms on the second day of the conference (June 10, 2025)

•  BOARD (145 height x 115 cm width) for displaying your promotional materials, located in coffee breaks area in front of the conference rooms.

• Company logo displayed in the main conference hall during the presentations or at coffee break area. Minimum logo size is 50 x 50 cm and maximum 150 cm height x 130 cm width. Your Company Logo should be delivered to the hotel no later than Sunday, June 8, 2025.

• COMPANY WEB PROMOTION - the logo of your company will appear on the Photonics Prague 2025 conference web page.

• COMPANY WEB PROMOTION WITH LINK - the logo of your company will appear on the Photonics Prague 2025 conference web page with a link to your company web page.

• MAJOR CONFERENCE PARTNERSHIP - Major Partnership includes free admission for one attendee to the conference, an opportunity to welcome participants at the Opening Session, exhibition table, your company logo prominently displayed throughout the period of the conference, company web promotion with the link.

•  SOCIAL CONFERENCE PARTNERSHIP - Social Partnership includes free admission for one attendee to the conference for 1 person, an opportunity to welcome delegates at the Conference Dinner, an exhibition table, and company web promotion with the link on the conference web page.
