Registration

The registration for the 9th International Conference on Photonics, Devices and Systems (Photonics Prague 2025) will be handled by Ms. Milena Zeithamlová, a conference registration chair.

The deadline for early registration is April 28, 2025.

Registering early will save you money, and also it will help us to organize things better!

Registration Fees

All fees will be charged in Czech Crowns (CZK) and include relevant VAT.

For the current exchange rate, we recommend following the Czech National Bank page.

Regular, EOS, SPIE, CSSF Member, Student Registration Fees

Students prove their student status by ID number (Student card) during the registration process. A copy of a valid student card or a student confirmation (in English) may be requested by organizers upon the arrival at the registration desk.

If a paper is not presented, the manuscript will not be published.

Payments to be made in CZK (Czech Crowns)

If you have any difficulties in sending the payment in CZK (Czech Crowns) by bank transfer, please contact the registration chair.

Please indicate your PROFORMA INVOICE number and your name as payment description/identification. Please make sure that the bank transfer is net of all bank charges and commissions made. Remaining charges will be requested upon your arrival when registering.

Once you have completed the online REGISTRATION FORM you will receive the email confirmation.

All refund requests must be made in writing by email to the registration chair

If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another participant (the same type of registration fee). Please inform registration chair at as soon as possible, but not later than May 30, 2025 to whom your registration should be transferred to.

Visa Requirements & Invitation Letter

The Czech Republic is part of the European Union and Schengen agreement zone. Visitors from some countries may need visa to enter Czech Republic. The relevant information can be found on the web pages of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. If you are not sure whether the visa necessity applies to you, contact the Czech embassy or consulate in your country.

If you need a Letter of Invitation to obtain a visa, Ms. Milena Zeithamlova (registration chair) will send you such a letter upon request, once you have registered for the conference and paid the registration fee.

Czech consular authorities may ask you to enclose the confirmation of your accommodation as well as the health insurance for your stay in the Czech Republic.
